The papers presented at the symposium will be published in the Symposium Full Text Proceedings Book with E-ISBN. There is also an opportunity for publication in our international refereed journal, Journal of Food, Nutrition and Gastronomy (JFNG) of Toros University.
Authors are required to prepare full-text papers in accordance with the symposium template and writing rules. The style gallery in the template is designed according to the symposium writing rules. Submitted texts must include authors’ names, titles, institutional information, email addresses, and ORCID IDs. Submissions missing any of these will not proceed to review.
